I am a member of Postpartum Support International (PSI), Michigan PMD Coalition, and the Michigan Mental Health Counselors Association. I have additional training/education with the Beck Institute and Indiana University Health. In the first session you will learn coping skills and insights to assist with effectively managing your symptoms and stressors.
