My passion is working with teenagers and young adults to help them manage through life difficulties and help them grow in seeing their full potential. Therapy is an individual experience, and each need is different. I believe that our experiences are our superpowers in learning and growing. Just like a superhero in a movie, they need to learn and adapt to their new powers and therapy can help support that growth. I have experience working in a variety of settings and utilizing creative methods tailored to your individualized needs. I have a passion for tapping into individual's creative sides like with music, art, and writing. I also have a passion for connecting physical activity in supporting overall mental health and physical health. I am credentialed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Michigan. I use a variety of strength-based approaches to help clients reach their goals. I am also trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and can utilize informed approaches in supporting growth.
