We ALL need therapy at some point in our lives, and I strive to provide my clients and the freedom to be vulnerable and learn more about themselves. I use a collaborative and communicative approach to help clients assess their mental health and any outside factors that play into their lives. I use my social work skills to help clients explore their mental health in its totality. We work together to create realistic goals that are achieved and celebrated. I personally understand the fear of going to therapy. I also understand the beauty, peace, and clarity therapy can help you achieve. It's a working process, but you will never do it alone.
