My focus is above all to offer therapy which empowers individuals. This starts with genuinely respecting your autonomy and right to choose your own path. Whether you're getting by "good enough" in your life but still find yourself discontent and aren't sure why, or you're dealing with mental illness (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma) which is beginning to unravel your relationships and your life. You may seek short-term symptom relief, and this will always be respected, on the other hand, you may choose to dive deeper to clarify and work on the root of a reoccurring problem.
