I am excited about working with individuals & couples who want to enrich their inner & outer lives. You may find yourself confused, angry, depressed, grieving, anxious or impacted by trauma and searching for clarity and peace of mind. Some clients want to explore more deeply their sense of self and learn to befriend self. Those in relationship may find the distance between you & your partner very challenging at times, having the same arguments repeatedly & longing to be seen, heard and understood. There is hope! I love working with individuals and couples who want to improve their connection to self and/or others. I am trained in a variety of modalities to address depression, grief, anxiety, trauma, and relationship difficulties but the needs of the individual client determine my approach. The client and I collaborate to find a good fit. I have had the privilege for 20 years to work with wonderful people who are seeking help in managing & resolving their difficulties. That help may come in the form of listening deeply, consoling/comforting, suggesting, guiding, teaching, modeling, and having the client experience new ways of relating to self and others.
