I am excited about working with individuals & couples who want to enrich their inner & outer lives. You may find yourself confused, angry, depressed, grieving, anxious, or impacted by trauma & wanting peace of mind & clarity. Some clients want to explore more deeply their sense of self. In relationship, you may find the connection strained at times, having the same arguments repeatedly, & longing to be seen, heard & understood. There is hope! I employ a mix of strategies in my work to match the needs of my clients. IFS is a process that reconnects parts of self that have been exiled primarily due to trauma & reintegrates them. EFT focuses on repairing attachment wounds. GIM is a therapeutic process which relies on relaxation & music to evoke imagery leading to insight & healing. CBT challenges negative thoughts & beliefs, which limit our ability to see our own value. I have had the privilege to work for over 20 years with wonderful people who are seeking help in managing & resolving their difficulties. Help may come in the form of listening deeply, consoling/comforting, suggesting, guiding, teaching, modeling & experiencing new ways of relating to self and others.
