Life can feel overwhelming at times — like you’re carrying more than you can handle. You don’t have to go through it alone. I offer trauma-informed therapy for children, teens, and adults in a supportive, client-centered space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward. With years of experience working with people of all ages and backgrounds, I believe healing is unique to each person — and therapy should be too. My goal is to help you feel seen and supported as you work toward clarity, healing, and growth. I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities, including play therapy, trauma-focused CBT, solution-focused therapy, attachment-based approaches, art therapy, psychodynamic techniques, and mindfulness practices, among others. Reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, and that’s completely okay. My hope is to make the process feel less overwhelming by offering a space where you can open up at your own pace. Together, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back, tap into your inner strengths, and work toward feeling more grounded, connected, and in control of your story.
