Creating a strong and effective working relationship is a priority in my practice. I am a trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, Hypnotherapy, and Flash Therapy. These therapies can guide clients to the subconscious of unwanted behaviors, thoughts and feelings. They support the ability to regulate emotions and thoughts processes. These therapies are efficient. I work with clients in the areas of anxiety, trauma throughout the life span, relationship difficulties, challenges in regulating emotions, racial identity, development of self, and life transitions. Another specialty, is working with adult adoptees. Grasping the complexity of attachment, multicultural integration, grief and identity, are life long work.
