Hi, I'm Erika. I thrive on providing a realistic environment of comfort by providing telehealth therapy. Whether you're struggling with worry, depression, anxiety, trauma, shame, or high stress, finding hope is a key element in making positive changes. I am passionate in working with clients who feel that they are stuck, life isn't going to change, and are all out of hope. As a therapist, I am here to help you find that hope again by helping you to improve your mood and self-esteem, manage stress/anxiety, create healthy boundaries, process trauma, and prioritize self care. Great results begin with building a comfortable therapeutic relationship. Together we will talk about what life is like for you, the challenges, the good things, the bad things, and anything in between. We will explore and identify goals and what you want your life to look like after therapy. We will discuss possible strategies and develop a realistic plan. Advocate, Support, and Empower!
