My approach to therapy is integrative as I tailor therapy to fit the unique needs of each individual. I believe in a holistic perspective-exploring the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of each client, supporting them in maintaining a healthy balance in life. When indicated, I incorporate holistic nutrition and lifestyle education into my work. I offer individual, couple, and group counseling. With over 25 years of clinical expertise, I specialize in treating clients facing anxiety and depression, relationship issues, life transitions, trauma recovery, nutrition and mental health, and multicultural challenges. I am an LPC in AZ and an LMHC in NY. My doctoral degree in mental health counseling is from the University of Rochester, and my master's degree is from Northern Arizona University. As an Approved Clinical Supervisor, I provide clinical supervision to established counselors and those seeking support as they navigate the challenges of becoming practitioners. Therapy serves as a valuable resource, providing a safe environment for healing and personal growth. I offer a confidential and compassionate space where clients can feel truly understood on their own terms. I meet each client where they are in their journey, guiding them towards the achievement of their personal therapeutic goals.
