It is important to me to develop trusting relationships with clients to help them with any issues they are facing. My goal is to provide a nonjudgmental, comfortable space to collaborate with individuals on how to deal with or find solutions to life’s challenges. I believe that often we may know the solutions or have available resources that can help, but we just need assistance to discover them. My clinical interests are assisting individuals discover solutions to life’s challenges and helping with life transitions. I am also dedicated to helping individuals dealing with depression and anxiety and helping with issues pertaining to women, couples, and families. Having been married for over two decades, and having had experience raising a child, as well as owning and managing a business, and having worked in a school, I understand that the issues we deal with can be related to various parts of our lives. Therefore, I am well positioned to listen to understand and assist with your needs, challenges, and goals.
