This you? You've seen some $hit. Being on the other side of it doesn't feel like you thought/hoped it would. You're doing all the things pods, articles, friends, and your socials tell you should work, but you're still feeling meh/small/stuck. You're ready to live, not merely exist. If there's even 1 "yes", buckle up, and let's ride! I'm trained in EMDR and certified in neuropsychotherapy, which means we'll work with science to help you heal and move forward. We'll make sure your brain and body are telling the same story, that the story is accurate, and that it's the one you want to be living. We'll do this with humor and together! My top two focus areas are: 1. Assisting in trauma recovery and 2. Serving LGTBQ+ folx. Considering the current climate, if 1 & 2 were circles on a Venn diagram, we'd be looking at one complete circle. If you're in need of a fully safe place for respite and/or to work on the above, I'm glad to sit with you in it. Our fears are valid, and so is our strength! One of us is the expert on you, and it isn't me. In addition to counselor, I was also educated as a coach and I try to bring both elements to my practice.
