Denise is passionate about helping her clients feel seen. She considers it an honor to emphatically guide clients through relationship and mental health challenges such as grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and more. Denise utilizes a collaborative therapeutic approach that builds upon client strengths to empower client change. Denise creates a safe and comfortable environment through empathy and understanding with a trauma-informed approach to healing and wholeness. She believes in the transformative power of hope, self-compassion, and a heartfelt desire for committed improvement. Denise is a certified trauma-informed practitioner who uses specialized modalities including EMDR and somatic practices to help clients heal from past and current wounds, ethically and compassionately. She is licensed in AR and CA. I understand the courage it takes to reach out for help when feeling burdened by emotional pain or stuck in shame.
