Denise utilizes a collaborative therapeutic approach that builds upon client strengths to empower client change. Denise creates a safe and comfortable environment through empathy and understanding with a trauma-informed approach to healing and wholeness. She believes in the transformative power of hope, self-compassion, and a heartfelt desire for committed improvement. Denise is a certified trauma-informed practitioner who uses specialized modalities including EMDR and somatic practices to help clients heal from past and current wounds, ethically and compassionately.
