I am part of Handspring Health. We’re a modern mental health clinic that provides personalized, evidence-based behavioral care for children, adolescents, and young adults. Using CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Motivational Interviewing, I help clients build insight, manage emotions, and develop tools for lasting, meaningful change.
