Aliza Kaplan

Handspring is a modern mental health clinic that provides personalized, evidence-based behavioral care for children, adolescents, and young adults. We currently serve children (ages 8-17) and young adults (18 years and over) who are looking for treatment for anxiety, depression, or behavioral difficulties. Our therapeutic approaches include CBT, DBT, organizational skills training, behavior therapy, exposure & response prevention, and parent management training. We offer individual therapy, family therapy, and parenting training. Our approach tends to work best for families who are able to consistently engage in weekly sessions that are action-oriented, problem-focused, and collaborative. I'm passionate about creating a safe and welcoming space for children, adolescents, and parents. I use a blend of modalities, including CBT and trauma-focused techniques. In my spare time, you can find me at the beach collecting shells and riding my bicycle on the boardwalk. I'm excited to partner with you to help your child heal!
