I have worked with clients of all ages and with many different issues, including anxiety, depression, and ADHD as well as with patients experiencing past and current trauma. I can give you tools and techniques to use at home to hopefully make your life a little easier. Whether you are looking for EMDR to cope with trauma issues, or need some help managing stress, anxiety or depression, I can help.
