About Bobbi

I would love the opportunity to help you along your journey! I believe in building strong therapeutic relationships and in meeting people where they are in life with empathy and respect. I work with most ages through a wide array of struggles including trauma, depression, anxiety, behavior modification, and co-occurring disorders. The primary treatment approaches I use are person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and EMDR. I am specially trained in EMDR, which is widely accepted as the most effective treatment for working through trauma. EMDR therapy also works wonders in helping people overcome phobias, depression, and anxiety.
