My passion lies in helping individuals reconnect with themselves and others, a cornerstone of the healing journey. Many of my clients face acute or chronic stressors and trauma (PTSD, cPTSD), and they often struggle with anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorders, grief, relationship issues, or simply feeling "stuck".
