My goal is to offer a safe and compassionate space where you can begin to reconnect with your core emotions, and discover new ways of relating to yourself and others. I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I have a particular passion for working with children of immigrants, who often balance multiple worlds and identities while seeking belonging and understanding. For those who desire it, I offer Christian counseling, helping clients work through questions of faith, spiritual struggles, and the intersection between emotional and spiritual healing.
