Other times, we need to get rid of old tools that no longer work or that may cause more damage than help. Together, we will figure out which tools you already have, wean out the ones that don’t work, and add new ones. I believe in an individual approach to therapy. I will help guide you to create an individualized treatment plan that is suited to your unique needs. I use a variety of techniques, from different therapeutic theories, in order to customize therapy to the needs of each person. In addition to having a doctorate in clinical psychology and licensure in both MA and CA, I am also certified in perinatal mental health. I work with adults over the age of 21. My specialties include: pregnancy, postpartum, working through life transitions, improving self-esteem, women's issues, depression, anxiety, and overall increasing healthy coping skills. I offer a free phone intake to assess if we could be a good fit for each other. We reassess after 1 month. Let's get started.
