Living in the future can lead to anxiety while you anticipate what is yet to come. In our sessions, we collaborate on coping with your past, dealing with your future, and finding the courage to live in the present moment, where living a quality life begins. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of clinical experience. In my years of experience, I worked with individuals who wanted to improve their lives yet felt stuck in the process. I worked with those clients to identify their needs and find ways to live a more balanced life. I bring my experience as a former chaplain and high school athletic coach into the therapeutic space.
