I'm here to fully support you, the crying, the anger, the occasional or frequent cussing, and questioning everything in this messy life. I specialize in trauma-informed care while helping humans deal with depression, anxiety, CPTSD, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, identity struggles, anger management, chronic pain/illness support, stress. I use skills from Internal Family Systems, Somatic Therapy, DBT, and ACT. Therapy doesn't have to be intimidating or stiff.
