Hailey Day

I support adolescents and young adults in building emotional wellness, developing coping skills, and navigating life transitions. With a background in collegiate athletics, I offer a unique perspective for clients struggling with anxiety, motivation, identity, and the pressure for performance– in sports, academics, or daily life. My clinical experience includes work at The Maples Residential Treatment Facility, where I used a holistic approach including individual and group therapy, equine and art therapy, and conflict resolution. I currently serve as a group therapist for the Adolescent IOP program at Genesis Holistic and am accepting individual clients. Additionally, my time at a premiere sports and adventure summer camp has given me a unique approach to treatment that not only keeps clients engaged but also helps them feel valued and heard. As a former collegiate track athlete and MSW graduate, I value balance, structure and resilience. I strive to share this with every client.
