I’m passionate about helping individuals and families—from children to older adults—navigate life’s most challenging moments. I specialize in mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, grief, trauma, crisis prevention, coaching, and career counseling. My approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and systemic family theories.
