Always Hope, LLC

My name is Noah Rachal, and I am a PLPC at Always Hope! I graduated with my Masters in Counselor Education from the University of New Orleans and I have lived in the New Orleans area all my life! My strategy while conducting therapy stems from a CBT (cognitive-behavioral therapy) lens, which targets how our thoughts impact our feelings/emotions and how this impacts our behavior! Additionally, I like to incorporate a person-centered framework, which is a style that aims to create a supportive, accepting, and encouraging environment where the client can be expressive and authentic while exploring their thoughts and feelings and move toward personal fulfillment. Coming from someone who has experienced struggling and still does experience struggle, I understand that life can be difficult in our own unique ways. After all, we’re human!
