I provide a supportive and empathetic environment for you to process your experiences and emotions. My experience is in working with individuals aged 13 and older who struggle with trauma, anxiety, and depression. I have extensive training in suicide prevention, trauma-informed care, and more. Interested in understanding your behaviors or making changes? I utilize parts work, self-compassion, boundary-setting, and emotional regulation techniques, including cognitive restructuring and mindfulness-based strategies, to facilitate self-acceptance and personal growth. I employ a strength-based perspective and a person-centered approach, encouraging clients to set and achieve their therapeutic goals. My aim is to facilitate the development of self-awareness and the formulation of strategies to manage distressing situations and emotions during our sessions. Presently, I offer only virtual sessions. While this format may not suit everyone, I am confident in its effectiveness. Each session lasts 53-60 minutes. The initial sessions focus on building trust, establishing rapport, and understanding your therapeutic goals. Together, we will create strategies to meet your needs.
