I typically work with individuals struggling with difficult emotions and behaviors, and couples who are struggling with their sexual and romantic relationship. I am passionate about helping couples through intimacy struggles and finding pleasure and playfulness again. I am also trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
