We are a modern mental health clinic that provides personalized, evidence-based behavioral care for children, adolescents, and young adults. I specialize in helping children and adolescents navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Using CBT and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, I provide a warm, collaborative space to build coping skills, emotional regulation, and resilience. I also work with families to strengthen support systems, fostering healing and lasting positive change.
