In my practice, I specialize in relationships and sexuality. Work with me is experiential, engaged, and playful. I see weekly clients and also work in extended, multi-hour or day formats to support lasting change to an individual or relationship’s patterns in a shorter period of time. Common areas of focus include: improving intimacy and eroticism, navigating relationship impasses, healing betrayals and sexual traumas, kink, restructuring relationships (i.e. non-monogamy, uncoupling), navigating medical and bodily changes, erectile or pelvic floor concerns, and exploring identities: sexual, erotic, relationship, gender. Using elements of relational and somatic therapies (Developmental Model, Wheel of Consent, IFS) sessions support the mind and nervous system you have and harness the emergent qualities of your neurobiology. You will experience researched methods which support deeper connection and growth, first with yourself, and then in the context of your relationship(s). Breakthroughs, repair, emergent patterns, may occur readily within this depth-oriented format. The therapy space should be a place where people of all races, cultures, gender identities, and sexual orientations can feel welcome. This is a top priority of my practice.
