I am passionate about creating a safe and affirming therapy space in which to help folks achieve the healing, balance, and peace they seek. As an AFAB, genderqueer therapist, I bring a lived understanding of the importance of identity-affirming care. Through compassion-focused, creative interventions and mindfulness-based practice, I want to join with you to explore patterns, learn skills, and move towards developing compassion and confidence in yourself as you maneuver the challenges and joys of life. I do this by meeting you with a person-centered, inclusive, culturally responsive, and affirming approach to care. With over 10 years of experience working in a variety of settings supporting a range of mental health needs, I currently focus my work with folks dealing with anxiety, depression, life changes, and trauma. I especially appreciate and am dedicated to providing affirming care to those within the LGBTQIA+ community as well as with emerging adults.
