About Jasmine

Change is inevitable, but that doesn't mean there aren't ways to help cope with it! While working with clients in therapy my goal is to help my clients develop a “toolbox” to navigate life’s difficult situations. While working with clients, I strive to make them feel comfortable expressing their authentic thoughts and feelings in a judgment-free atmosphere. As a clinician, I specialize in person-centered and person-in-environment approaches! Treatment Modalities I utilize include but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Strengths-Based Perspective. Therapy can be a challenging process to start. My goal as a therapist is to help facilitate a space where you can safely grow, learn, and embrace life’s tricky circumstances. I am a easy to talk to and approachable therapist who will not engage you in traditional therapy where you feel ashamed of who you are.
