Using warmth and empathy, I provide a safe space for you to explore how to strengthen your sense of self and your intimate relationships, enabling you to heal and grow authentically. My approach is supportive and direct with an emphasis on your needs, values, and experiences. I offer compassionate support to individuals and couples facing relationship difficulties, adjusting to challenging life transitions, or hoping to improve mental well-being. My goal is to guide you to understand, accept, and express your emotions by gaining personal insight, improving relationships, and exploring life’s concerns, conflicts, and contradictions. I believe you are the expert on you. I work from a relational perspective, using attachment theory and emotionally-focused therapy to identify and understand your feelings and behaviors. I specialize in couples and can help you improve communication, reconnect with your partner, and deepen emotional and sexual intimacy. Providing acceptance and modeling positive attitudes, I aim to guide you toward a better understanding of your authentic sexual desires and how to realize them. I work with sexual desire discrepancy and infidelity, as well as providing LGBTQ+ competent psychotherapy. Together we can find a way to foster healing, self-compassion, understanding, and growth.
