It is amazing how our hearts can be beating in our chests and yet we do not feel fully alive. Life, circumstances, relationships, and even our own hearts can seem to work against us in our quest to have meaningful and fulfilling lives. As a trained professional counselor practicing in Arkansas, Arizona, and Missouri, I have been equipped to work with individuals, couples, and families and I have a passion for seeing people live well and find their purpose. I hold a Specialist degree in Psychology and Counseling and a Doctorate in Psychology and Christian Counseling, utilizing professional theories with a faith-based foundation. I believe in helping clients reach their full potential by becoming healthy in a holistic way encompassing relationships, emotions, spirituality, and thought processes. Fear, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, insecurities and more can hinder our lives. But what if it could be different? What if the knots in our souls could be untangled, our hearts begin to heal and we begin to live with purpose, meaning and fulfillment? I believe we can.
