About Dana

I see life as a journey and always changing. I believe that we all have tools to make positive change. I assist others in identifying tools to overcome obstacles that are presented in life that may inhibit positive change. I believe there is great power in the therapist/client relationship. People often find their best version of themselves when they feel truly heard and seen. We can start where you are now and change to find freedom and joy. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, individuals and families. Typical issues presented to me are low self esteem, intrusive thoughts, anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, trauma, relational challenges, parenting, life transition issues. I am a Christian and faith is an important component in my life. If faith is presented in our session, there will be upmost respect for your spiritual belief.
