Hi! I really enjoy meeting with people to talk about what is causing them stress. I enjoy meeting with adults, children and families who have attention issues, struggle with anxiety, and experience feelings of depression. In addition, I also focus on anger management issues. When we talk together, we talk about stressors and ideas for how to make small steps to help things go more smoothly. I listen empathetically, while also working to challenge how thinking is affecting how people feel. I am trained in Trauma, both in Trauma Informed Care and in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have a strengths based approach to work on how our strengths can help us feel better. I can help with anxiety/depressive disorders, grief, post-traumatic stress, relationship concerns, career/life transitions, abuse, and much more. Offering day/evening appointments.
