About Charise

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been working with individuals and families in the community since 2005. I offer individual adult therapy for people wanting to change their life for the better. I believe that having a strong therapeutic relationship with your therapist exponentially increases your likelihood for change. I specialize in helping families and individuals to find their healthy balance.I have extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which research has identified as the most effective approach to success within couple's therapy.I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy to address Trauma. I am licensed through the AZBBHE and am also an approved Clinical Supervisor provide supervision to other professionals in the field as they work towards state licensure. I am also currently pursuing my status as an AAMFT Approved Supervisor.
