I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with Individuals, Couples and Families; specializing in Marital/Couple and Family Therapy. I have post graduate training in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy. I bring a genuine compassion and understanding to the therapeutic process that I believe supports optimal healing and growth. In addition to various relationship challenges and struggles, my clinical focus also includes working with: Separation/ Divorce/ Divorce Reaction within the individual/couple/family, Parenting/Co-parenting Issues, Blended Family Issues, Parent/Child Relationships, Children & Adolescents, Anxiety & Depression, and Self Esteem Issues. I understand the therapeutic process to be an opportunity for healing and growth through the exploration of one's self and their relationships. Through this process we are able to achieve a greater sense of personal and relational satisfaction by creating mindfulness, balance and connection within our lives. It is essential to the therapeutic process that one can trust and feel comfortable with their therapist. When considering therapy, it may be helpful to prospect multiple therapists to help ensure a "good fit". I welcome questions regarding my clinical philosophies in efforts to support this process.
