You have been feeling not good enough, not capable, and unworthy for so long that you believe that is who you are. You feel so unloved, unheard, and out-of-control or unsafe that you have no hope for change. These feelings cause you to react in ways that creates conflict, or you withdraw to avoid these feelings all together. Guilt and shame are often present, sometimes leading to depression. Worry and anxiety are a part of your daily thought life. You want to be free from these feelings, but you can't imagine ever feeling any different than you do right now. There is hope. What you feel is not who you are, and through exploring the origins of those feelings and the foundations of those beliefs, we can identify truths that can free you from those beliefs and teach you how to discover peace, even in the midst of those feelings, that can lead to restoration of yourself and your relationships. My passion is to see you freed from those beliefs and to discover who you truly are, not based on how you feel, and know the peace and freedom that is waiting.
