Ashley Woodford

I provide counseling services to adults and couples struggling with self-esteem, gender identity, sexual orientation, communication, anxiety, depression, inter- and intrapersonal skills, social and emotional learning and skills, trauma, grief, and physical and sexual abuse. I am passionate about working with those who have experienced religious trauma and deeply understand Jehovah’s Witnesses. I appreciate the difficulties and stressors that pertain to divorce, blending families and co-parenting, and I am dedicated to assisting clients while they navigate these experiences. Adolescents are seen on a case-by-case basis. My approach to counseling is a blend of Person-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Solution-Focused. I believe in tailoring sessions to meet the client’s needs where they are in that moment which is continually changing.
