Another Blue Day? Come on in! Aloha. I'm Jeanette Clarke. My office is in Ocean View, Hawai'i Island. I invite Island wide and State wide telehealth! A special welcome to VA and TRIWEST clients. I’m from England so I have an English accent. Some things we say differently but that also brings questions and smiles. We might even start with a smile! That’s a great beginning! I use everyday language and a relaxed approach to the therapy sessions. You won't feel 'less than' or judged, or confused in the time we spend together. I am always professional, ethical and work with my duty “to do no harm.” With me you can just be yourself. I’m not going to tell you about all the therapeutic interventions I have up my sleeve, and how they are best suited to you. But I do have them! Neither am I going to just talk about diagnoses and label you like nothing else about you or your life matters. But I do know my profession, have lots of experience and updated training to serve you the best I can. You can’t shock, disappoint or bore me with anything. I’m older and wiser and have experienced a lot in my social work and clinical therapy profession over the years. I always expect the unexpected, especially with TRAUMA, grief and loss.
