Aloha! I am certified in Brainspotting (BSP), which is a proven modality that quickly and permanently heals trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, as well as many other issues. I have also been trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which is a proven modality to help trauma survivors. I have also been trained in art therapy and Neurofeedback.
