We are all in search of truth and meaning about life, ourselves, and our experiences. Truths may differ from person to person, but there is an element of truth in it all. My hope as a therapist is to sit with you in your truth, as raw as it is, as we navigate the awe, mystery, and meaning of what is and what isn’t. I believe as we come into a place of knowing, acknowledgement, and acceptance, offering hospitality to the different aspects of ourselves and our history, we will find growth and healing. My goal is to be a genuine, caring presence as we navigate your life story and its impacts together. I enjoy working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness (i.e., schizophrenia spectrum disorders, bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, and severe PTSD) and relationship issues.
