My counseling philosophy is rooted in the belief that every person possesses inherent strengths, and with the right support, can navigate life's challenges and achieve a fulfilling life. I provide a safe, empathetic, and judgement-free space that is inclusive to all individuals. Together, we will collaborate as a team to address your goals and challenges while promoting growth, empowerment, and wellness. I utilize an integrative and holistic approach within a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) framework. CBT explores the interplay between our thoughts, emotions, behavior, and physiology. In addition, I draw from various evidence-based practices such as dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Positive Psychology, mindfulness-based approaches, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma. This allows me to tailor my support to the unique needs of each client, emphasizing the mind-body connection, and considering the whole person. I am here to help you work through your struggles and challenges. I provide individual counseling for people 14 years and older. I specialize in anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, and trauma.
