I primarily work with children and adolescents. However, I am open to work with anyone! Currently my youngest client is 5 and my oldest is in their 60s. Specific topics that I work with include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, grief, trauma, surviving domestic violence, and surviving a sexual assault. Primarily my practice is rooted in CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Play Therapy, however I also have some influence from IFS. View 4 Photos Prior to completing my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling I worked as a Victim Advocate for victim survivors of domestic and/or sexual violence. While working as an advocate I saw a need for survivors for non acute trauma treatment as well as mental health treatment for child survivors. I'm also a new mental health provider, which means I'm creative! No matter what brings you to my couch, if you are willing to show up and do the work I want to do the work alongside you. My goal is to meet you where you're at and get yourself from surviving to thriving. Your mental health is important, so let's talk about it.
