In my experience, it's better to ask for it and get it than to struggle and continue to beat yourself up over things. Even for people who don't believe they need counseling/therapy, there are many things they could work on to improve themselves. Whether it's relationships, school or career performance, problem solving or just wanting to become a better person, I believe I can help. Don't you deserve a better, happier life? I have worked with people of all ages in educational settings, crisis work, residential programs, outpatient therapy and even in managerial roles. I act as an advocate for parents and children to best meet their needs. I use a proactive, strengths-based approach to help others manage their anxiety, depression, trauma, family and interpersonal relationships. I often employ cognitive behavioral and mindfulness strategies with a non-judgmental approach to further develop confidence and self esteem.
