Thanks for checking out my page. Please know that I work exclusively with First Responders and mental health counselors. (I also am happy to provide consultation work with any previous clients to see you briefly) Practicing clinicians know well that doing this challenging work means our own feelings, our counter-transference experiences will arise. How do we function as self monitoring professionals? One way is to know when to seek therapy for ourselves. When we work on our own issues, we provide better care for our clients. If I can be of help to you, please reach out. With first responders I help you process the mental, emotional or physical blocks that are getting in your way. I work with you to develop a plan to help you function at your best. My approach with mental health counselos includes helping you to reprocess what is getting in your way of doing your best work with clients and/or to provide consultation services I make every attempt to have room in my schedule to work exclusively with these types of clients. My goal is to get you in as soon as possible and to help quickly so that you can get back to the important work you do for our communities.
