Simone Holyoak

With decades of lived experience across many different lifestyles and challenges I offer deep understanding and non-judgmental care to people from all walks of life. I am specialized in the treatment of complex trauma and attachment challenges, firstmother/father relinquishment and adoption trauma, traumatic bereavement, adoptee challenges. I am a US Army Veteran and have a deep understanding of military families, veteran challenges, and military sexual trauma. I am an EMDRIA certified Provider of EMDR and trained in intensive DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) services, and am PAT (Psychedelic Assisted Therapy) trained/friendly as well as having studied extensively in other evidence based modalities. After an adventurous life including a turbulent youth, an enlistment in the Army, raising kids as a single mother, and a wide array of life experience; I have developed a strong tendency to focus on and build strengths. I have tremendous compassion for those I work with and look forward to working together to build the life you hope for.
