Shirey Brown

I’m dedicated to helping individuals discover their sense of purpose, and offer an empathetic, meaningful, and client-centered approach to therapy. I'm passionate about walking with people as they navigate both everyday challenges and deeper, lifelong struggles—including complex trauma, grief, stress, relationship issues, performance anxiety, and identity exploration. I also have a special connection to student-athletes and high-achieving, people-pleasing individuals who often live in intense, performance-driven environments. I am currently practicing under the supervision of Andrea Whitten, Ph.D., LPC-S. I integrate a range of therapeutic techniques—including Existentialism, CBT, DBT, EFT, trauma-informed practices, and Psychodrama. I use these tools collaboratively to help create personalized treatment plans that support your healing, growth, and prompt a renewed sense of direction. I understand how exhausting it can be to constantly strive for perfection, and I aim to create a space where you can breathe, reflect, and grow. More than anything, I believe you are not just a face with a name, but you are a person with a purpose. And I’m here to walk alongside you in your pursuit of resilience, clarity, and fulfillment.
