Using a person-centered approach incorporating various techniques she focuses on your individual needs and works with you to both develop and achieve your goals. Ms. Miller has worked with children, adolescents and adults for more than 15 years. She specializes in anxiety, depression, general life adjustment issues, relationship issues, and stress management. Focus will be on helping you to heal, energize and become aware of your inner strengths in a safe and neutral environment. Ms. Miller will be there for every step of your journey. She will be there to provide support as you learn new skills to help you to grow and heal from your struggles so that you can move in a positive direction and achieve your goals.
