This relationship can poke at our tender parts, creating a sense of vulnerability, questioning, and distress. When other issues are part of the picture, such as past or current trauma, infidelity, or unhealthy patterns of coping or communicating, these add more complexity to an already fragile system. There are real and effective answers to these challenges and structures that can be built to help both of you navigate this important relationship. I provide foundational structures for couples to help to develop new ways of finding success in the emotionally complex nature of relationships. I find joy every day in helping people to find peace and success in their lives and relationships. I have committed myself to extensive training specifically in both relational counseling and in trauma-informed care over many years. I see both individuals and couples in my practice and want to have the opportunity to serve you.
